Yorkshire Housing reached out to showcase their vision for a smarter, more connected future through an animation piece.

With so many ideas and technical concepts to communicate, the key challenge was to turn a wealth of information into a visually engaging story that audiences could easily follow.

Using a bold colour palette, playful illustrations and seamless transitions, I brought the story to life through motion design, creating a dynamic visual journey that connects each concept while maintaining a consistent look and feel throughout.

The animation was brought to life with Gerard’s voice-over performance, complemented by carefully selected sound effects and a music track that helped set the tone, adding another layer of personality and energy to the visuals.
